It’s no wonder the Russian strong men had so much strength, they used the kettlebell to train with. Brett Jones puts on a fantastic example of what kind of strength and power is possible doing kettlebell training. Now you can see why my trainer is worried about me training with them. That’s some heavy work and injury from overuse and repetitive strain is certainly possible.
