So…you wanna sweat?

JessieBy Jessie

OH HI GUYS!!!!!!

A few days ago I offered up a , Edmonton, to someone who is ready to take action on their health and is ready to take action NOW!!

This is the gym that I play in all week and I can not express to you enough how much I LOVE IT!!!
The staff is amazing, the equipment is top of the line, and the atmosphere is incredible.
They now have two locations open in the city. Westmount and West Edmonton Mall. Both locations are 24 hour facilities and offer extras such as childcare, tanning, juice bar, and of course group classes.

Now, I have been wondering how to generate more interest with my original offer, but could not seem to close the deal.
The answer to this was delivered right to my door this morning…yep, handed right to me in a pretty envelope. There is no such thing as coincidence, something I am coming to terms with quickly…

Let’s sweeten up the deal, shall we….

I am now in possession of a gift certificate valued at $250.
This gift certificate can be redeemed towards any new regular one year, two year, or three year gym membership, tanning salon and kids club services.

The recipient must be a new member.
There was also a gift certificate for a full month of free childcare!!!!

Ya, I almost fell of my chair.

Gold’s Gym, West Edmonton Mall is also having an open house on September 28, 2007 to celebrate their one year anniversary. The open house will be from 4:00pm till 8:00pm.

There will be pizza, snacks and door prizes throughout the open house. A program is available at the front desk and online at www.goldsgymedmonton.com

The gym will be closed after 8pm that day for a party at Cowboys Night Club, but will reopen at 8am.
Something else to consider if you have been wanting to check out the facilities!!!!!!

I am giving this stuff away to someone who is ready to make a commitment to better themselves, and is ready RIGHT NOW!!!

How would this change your life? How would this affect your every day? What steps are you willing to take to get to your goals?

Interested? Lemme know!!
*kiss*

I definitely wanna sweat ;-). I was overweight in highschool and ever since I dropped the weight 5 or 6 years ago I’ve been pushing to stay in shape, pretty successfully I think. This week I’ve been checking out Gold’s on a week-pass and I’m planning on grabbing a membership at Westmount, so I could definitely use that certificate. Is it still available?

It most definatly is still available!!!

    A few questions for you…
What kinds of things are you doing right now to keep yourself in shape?
How often would you use the facilities?
Would this become a staple in your lifestyle?

Well currently I’m transitioning from being a member of the university track team to my own fitness schedule now that I’m done with school for some time. I run the valley trails frequently, usually 6 miles or so, and try to lift weights every second day, or if possible, more frequently. I think too many people forget to balance their lower body with their upper body weightlifting, so I don’t put an emphasis on either. I also think core strength is underdeveloped in a lot of people, so I target one of the three (upper, core, lower) in any given gym session.

I would easily use the facilities once every day, or at worst, once every two days. It’s addictive, after all.

As for this becoming a staple…. I think it’s safe to say that it already is, I just need to find a new gym to replace the one at the university. Since I’m still in debt, it’d be very nice to have the help with my gym fees.

    Cheers!

    You’re right, it IS addictive.

You are definatly passionate about your health and your body…that inspires me.
You come across as someone that is extremely motivated and determined, and someone that overcomes because he isn’t afraid to try. Staying in shape can be just as difficult as getting in shape. It takes dedication, something that you are not lacking.

To be fair, I will have to wait until The 15th, but I would like nothing more than to give this to you.

Thanks, by the sounds of it you know exactly what it’s like as well. When I say addictive, I mean it, it was killing me not to be going regularly when I was moving and getting the new place set up. :-p It feels like I lost so much so quickly, even though I know it comes back even faster.

Now that things have finally settled down I’m looking forward to resuming my regular schedule at a new gym.

Thanks again, there’s no rush on it, my guest pass doesn’t expire until the 17th.

I am still a “beginner” but I absolutely love the time I spend at the gym. If I had to go without for a while I think I would feel lost.

I will let you know tomorrow where you can pick up this certificate

I don’t suppose you were at the gym last night? I thought I might have seen you, but looking at your picture again I’m questioning whether I actually did.

I hope that gift certificate is still up for grabs!

I most definatly was there last night, I got there at 6pm and left just before 9pm. So if you were at the West Edmonton Mall location around that time, you probably saw me around.

    =)

The gift certificate is yours. Email me at Heaven_leigh01@hotmail.com (that’s zero, one)
