Do You Eat Breakfast?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day has been a very common quote for years and years. Harvey Diamond, author of Fit For Life and other Natural Hygeine practicioners say “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day – to SKIP”. From a natural hygeine point of view, digesting a breakfast first thing in the morning interupts the cleansing cycle and contributes to a toxic body. Fitness enthusiasts and fat burning experts both agree that a breakfast meal supplies the body with the nutrition it needs for the day, increases the metabolism, reduces the changes of cravings, burns more fat and prepares your body for intense workouts later in the day.

I can discuss more about both principles later, but for the time being, I just wanted to ask the question

Do You Eat Breakfast?

Coffee does not count as breakfast by the way, so before you ask, there’s your answer.

I didn’t for forty years and now have been for 2 months. Breakfast doesn’t have to be fancy. Sometimes it can be as simple as a green smoothie with Sunrider!

Breakfast eater here. Always have, always will. I usually wake up pretty hungry. These days breakfast is usually quick oats with cinnamon, an egg and/or canadian bacon, skim milk and a piece of fruit, topped off with black coffee.
