I have lost 100 pounds after gastric bypass surgery. (took the coward’s way out! LOL) But, because I am reaching 60 in 3 years, I would love to prove to myself that it is possible to put muscle where the flabby skin is. I have tried and failed many times in attempting to build muscle and would love to prove myself wrong in my thoughts that it cannot be done!

Hard work is something that has never scared me off. For a year I put in tough work, using the old fashioned method to drop 15 pounds. Then I found the formerfatguyblog and was able to double my weight loss in half the time. Now that I’ve worked hard to get slim, I’m working hard to get buff, but the results simply aren’t coming. Looks like I need some professional direction. Its depressing spending an hour a day lifting and seeing little to no change in the mirror. I’m willing to take it to the next level, I just need someone to show me how to get there. Please consider me for Muscle Explosion.
Hello, my name is Mahmoud. I’ve been overweight since I was 11 years old. I did martial arts for about two years in high school then stopped once I entered university. I am now 21 and have lost 30 pounds so far at the campus gym. I do 40 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week but have no idea where to begin with muscle building. This prize would be really beneficial to me because I hope to be swimsuit fit in time for the summer. Thanks!
I am a 35yrs old man and always have been very lean and luckily can eat a lot without gaining weight!! however I dont have any muscle definition and my wife is getting hotter day by day by following your site and i feel “not up to her”. i want to be as sexy as she is getting. I do weights but dont know where and how to go and how to get the body i (and my wife) dream of!! this prize would mean a lot. thanks
My wife has been following your website since she had our 2 babies. So far she’s lost all of the baby weight and then some. 70 pounds so far! Men’s heads are starting to turn. I think it’s time I also lost the baby weight and maybe beefed up a bit too so I can start keeping up with her and the little ones. It sucks being “daddy resting on the couch” all the time.
Being a single mom of 3, it takes a lot of work just to keep up with everything– looking good would only be an added benefit, to feeling stronger and having the stamina to take care of each one of the children’s needs and all the other demands in a day. I could really use more muscle mass, and I am willing to put in the work but don’t have all the time in the world- so a “boot camp” kind of a program would do wonders for me–Thanks for all the awesome information you always give!!!
I need to get rid of my baby fat… after five babies, the muscles are pretty much shot. I am out jogging at 5 am before I need to get the kids up, I feel great, but I still got loads of baby fat.
Hey man, I neeeeeeeed this because I’m just coming back from injury. I was 180lbs at 7% body fat, and due to sitting around eating everything in sight while recovering from a broken leg, I’ve become 165 at 18%. I’m DISGUSTED with myself and need to get my ass back on track!
What kind of equipment is required for this program?
Basic gear Ryan. Dumbells, olympic bars etc. Squat rack. Basic stuff
