Of course the leafy greens are healthy, but how beneficial is garlic? I like it, but of course socially it ‘s hard to eat it when around others. But is it worth it healthwise? Like the picture and your blog, by the way.

Would you say this would be better for lunch? I’m not sure it would fill me up for dinner. Figs are a good source of energy though
Have it anytime you want – it’s a side dish so you would be having something else with it. If you want to eat vegetarian you might also have some brown rice and a bean dish. If you eat meat you might want a small chicken breast and some other veggies, or rice.
This is not a full meal by itself.

Never would have thought to add the figs – sounds wonderful!
