Knowing when the Universe is SCREAMING at you is not always the easiest thing to see, believe it or not. I found out the hard way that is exactly what was going on in my life. Little did I know I was about to embark on a journey that would bring me so far and fill my life with lots of joy and blessings. 
Working From Home
I started my business for lots of reasons, and because I work from home I don’t really get out much. Don’t get me wrong, I love what I do , but I was doing it all from here. Sure, I would take the occasional trip to Ft. Meyers to visit my clients down there but that is about it. Since we moved 2 years ago I hadn’t really gotten out enough to make new friends. Let’s face it, whether you work from home or not there is still house work to do, meals to cook and stuff like that. Not much time for a social life.
Times have been a little stressful these past 6 months. Justin had to quite his job because the chemicals they used were tearing up his skin. We had no idea that it would take him a while to find what God wanted him to do. So, like everyone else I have not been excluded from hard times financially. But, I have been here before, so I just took it all in stride knowing that this stress would not last and that the next phase was coming.
Getting Reconnected With Those Around Me
Well, since he did not have a job, I was keeping up pretty much with everything except the phone and cable bill. It was shut off and I was cut off from doing the things I was used to. Yes, I was in withdraw for about 2 days, then it happened. I remembered that I kept receiving messages from my guides to get out of the shadows. I had no idea what that meant at the time, but now I do. The Universe was SCREAMING at me to get reconnected with others around me.
Well thankfully enough soccer season started for my daughter and one thing led to another and all has fallen into place. We have become friends with a group that is beyond description when it comes to the word friend. They are full of variety, love, helpfulness, and I could go on and on. They have welcomed us in with open arms and I could not ask for better friends. Most Saturday nights we all gather at one house and laugh, talk about many things and relax to have a good time.
It’s wonderful.
When we met it was like a miracle had occurred. Standing around at one of the games we talking and got on the subject of Justin looking for a job and how hard it was for him to find something right now. Well they just jumped right on that. One of our other new friends is a recruiter for the state and she went to work helping Justin right away. I felt so much relief and happiness. I just knew they were sent by God. They have also refereed me to others and some have become clients themselves. See how wonderful that works. You just never know why or how, but who cares!

Understanding The Universe’s Messages
I guess I just needed that kick in the ass to get out and about because I just wasn’t hearing what the Universe was trying to tell me. But, it was in all good timing. I am very happy with the events that have taken place.
What I learned was:
- Get out of your comfort zone
- Don’t get attached to things
- There’s a reason for everything
- A single step leads to another step to another for everything to fall into place
Out of something bad always comes good you see. It all depends on how you see it. There is never anything bad only change and redirection. Be brave enough to look past that and look lively for the next step and where it will lead you. Also, look at how you handle things. Even though it may look like all is lost to you, just smile and know that God and the Universe are working out the kinks to bring you to a happier state.
