I always remember that people always look at me.
It is very important for me the way I look. It includes being in great shape, wearing neat closes and nice shoes, smelling good etc.
I even cannot imagine myself being fat, it will be something very strange.

I’m the polar opposite of your question. My success in my life outside of fitness is contingent upon my success in my workouts and diet. If my body is in shape, my mind is in shape. If my workouts and diet are sub par-so is my success in life. The sad part is that it’s difficult for me to maintain relationships with women or friends because I’m so concerned with my physical appearance. Looking good can be very lonely-but at least it’s predictable. lol
