What Would You Like To Know More About – Reader Poll
By Rob
What do you want to know about in the area of Natural Health, Weight Loss and Fitness? What sort of information are we providing that is working for you and what would you like to know more about? I have had a natural health and weight loss newsletter for a few years and I’d like to get to know you a bit better. This poll is a way for me to ask you, my reader what you would like to know more about in the areas of improving your health, your fitness level and achieving your ultimate physique.

I believe that to get what you want involves being informed about various techniques from health, fitness, supplements, equipment, fitness programs, learning to cook better, improving relationships as to reduce stress and to improve the immune system and sleeping habits. To be a better person requires a knowledge in a few different areas.
I would like to provide you with exactly the information that you want to know more about and in so doing, would like to take this opportunity to just ask the question:
What Would You like To Know More About?
Here are 20 questions on subjects I think you want to know more about. You may answer as many as you like that relate to you. If there are 5 you want to know more about, choose 5. Choose as many as apply.
This is a multiple answer poll.
Once I get the results, I will refine each one more until we know exactly what it is that you want to know more about and then will do our best to provide you with that information. For example, if you answered “I want to know more about natural health”, I would then create a poll to ask what sorts of things about natural health you want to know more about ie: fasting, cleansing, alkaline diets, vegetarianism, natural foods, organic foods, vitamins, minerals. If you want to know more about bodybuilding and weight gain, I would then create a poll refining the question with subjects such as bodybuilding supplements, workout out routines, abdominal training, fitness guru interviews, post workout meals, exercise types – low reps, high reps, kettlebell training, cardio routines, protein information and types etc.
If there is something you want to know more about in this field, please post a comment.

I am interested in workout routines for people with physical issues. As in mild arthritis, low back & hip problems. Also how to get weight loss to begin for those of us who are diagnosed with PCOS, insulin resistant, syndrome X, etc.
I am having frustrating time getting it to come off, struggle for 4 months, to lose only 4 lbs. There just HAS to be a way to increase my metabolism so it will BURN again.
About 8 yrs ago, I lost 62 lbs over the summer, bicycling, doing low impact aerobics, and walking. Kept it off for over 3 yrs, then due to the need for me to take a job outside the home, which required me to be on my feet for 12+ hrs a day, I did not feel like doing what I should have, to maintain it. I have not gained it all back, but a good majority of it; problem is, I cannot get it “rolling” like it was, my body is fighting me like crazy, along with the added issues of the low back & hip and the mild arthritis that I didn’t have then;
I’m so frustrated; and I know that doesn’t help things.
Anything you can tell me would be great!!
Thanks, you’re such an inspiration.
