I love fitness. And I enjoy shopping. So you can imagine how much I enjoyed shopping for new running shoes. Two of my favorites happily rolled into one.
Not to mention I had a great shopping experience. For anyone reading in the Central Ohio area, make sure the check out Front Runner on W. Lane Avenue for some superb customer service.
During my shopping trip I tried on several shoes, and most of the ones on my list of running shoes I researched. The only one I didn’t get to try was the Brooks Glycerin.
My final decision came down to two shoes: the Nike Air Max 180 and the Adidas Supernova.
My trainer is asked about her legs all the time. She had 4 Canadian power lifting records and currently still holds 3 of them. She’s got great legs and I know from experience that other women ask her about her leg training program. She responds “I don’t train legs, I train ass“. This video might be the answer to the great ass you’re looking for. You be the judge.

Last week I went for a late night run. I threw on my running shoes, my cute new running skirt and hit the pavement.
Had a great run… or at least I thought I did. When I stopped running my right foot was cramping and my right shin was aching. I knew my running shoes weren’t the best fit for me but I hadn’t realized how brutal they were for my body till I stepped off the cushioned treadmill and took a run on the asphalt.
As a result – my mission: A new pair of running shoes.
Farewell to the Spartan Women. I must tell you that when these articles started I had no idea exactly of where I was headed with it. Only that I wanted others to know of their lives as well and the men. The Spartan women that has been with me has remained reserved but certainly guided me to the information she wanted to share with you. The strength that these women upheld was amazing, not to mention their ability, in their time, to step out of the box for what they believed to be right.
