Being a fitness nut and enthusiast I have to admit that number the 3 mantra Jon Benson talks about is a hard one for me to go by and always has been. That is going to bed just a little hungry.
At night when I am doing work I just get a nervous twinge to eat something . Its tough to abstain from late night munchies. But I do eventually burn it off in my workouts.
Incidentally the sodas and starch are no problems for me. I keep them to a minimum !
@Robert, I find that if the plan is to NOT EAT past a certain time, then that is simply the way it is. Regardless of how I feel about eating, or hunger, it never comes into play.
I’ve simply decided that on this day, I will not eat any food after 6 PM and that’s Rob’s law.
hunger be damned. I’m in charge, not you.

I’m 174 pounds now and I wanted to lose 20.
