I saw that you posted my video of me dead-lifting back in Nov of 2007. I just want you to know that I am only 16 and will not be 17 until the end of May 2008. Thank you for your support. You can read all about me at http://www.barbiebarbell.com and come by a say hello at http://www.myspace.com/worldpowerchamp I look forward to seeing you on myspace.
Thanks for the correction BB. I was going to do a more indepth post about you and fully promote your websites. Just haven’t gotten to it yet. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you to …
Keep Lifting
Wow. That is impressive. Good work!
holy crap, my hero!
I remember when I used to dead lift when I was 14-15 years old and that got my core strength up a lot and I bet it’s good for anyone training in MMA.
I was heavily influenced by Pavel when I first began lifting;

I still think that the DL is my favorite! I’ve gotten up to 379lbs at a bodyweight of 154lbs, but I need to retest. I haven’t focused on DLs for months.
Jason, checked out your website. Great stuff. How far do you have to go yet to do BW x 15 of overhead squat.
Nice videos btw.
