This is the first in a series of day long videos featuring strong women. This first one shows a young woman doing pull ups at an outdoor exercise location. I’m pretty sure it’s in Australia, but don’t quote me on that. Guys? how many pull ups can you do?
The reasons for eating breakfast far outweigh the time saved walking out the door on an empty stomach. My recent 5 pound weight loss after adding this simple habit got me curious about the benefits of eating breakfast.
Breakfast is simply ‘breaking the fast’. We have not eaten since evening and expect our body [...]
I must admit that women are a bit wiser than most men in the sense that they realize the importance of working out their legs regularly. But their choice of leg exercises they perform really suck for the most part. Come on ladies, tell me you don’t head straight for the inner and [...]

Last week I went for a late night run. I threw on my running shoes, my cute new running skirt and hit the pavement.
Had a great run… or at least I thought I did. When I stopped running my right foot was cramping and my right shin was aching. I [...]
Farewell to the Spartan Women. I must tell you that when these articles started I had no idea exactly of where I was headed with it. Only that I wanted others to know of their lives as well and the men. The Spartan women that has been with me has remained reserved [...]
Here’s a typical morning for me.
This annoying buzzing starts about 4:45 am, my instincts are telling me to turn the alarm off and bury my head in the pillow. My mind jumps in and gets all practical reminding me that I didn’t loose all that weight burying my head in the pillow [...]
This message is a channeled message from the Spartan women I see when I am writing my articles. I assure you I have not written this on my own. She is a very powerful women and has many women with her. They are all about to give you there life stories [...]
We all look forward to the day that we are presented with a marriage proposal by our true love. By the one man that will honor us, cherish us, and love us till death do us part. We have visions of flowers, what our brides maids will wear, the color theme we want, [...]
Have you seen the “movie 300“? If you haven’t now may be a good time. The strength displayed in the movie was not far off from the actual truth. But what about the women of Sparta. What were they like? Well, I thought I would do a little research on [...]
