Turbulence Training Author Interview

Craig Ballantyne, the author of Turbulence Training, bodyweight fat loss training manual, and contributor to Mens Health magazine stopped in for a little chat a month ago and it’s now being partially released to readers. Pullups, Pushups and squats are the primary bodyweight weight training exercises and have long been the way to measure strength. My dad had a pullup bar installed in our basement when I was growing up, but to be honest, I never saw him doing any. Maybe it was mom who was doing them?
