How To Begin Training With Kettlebells – Podcast

When I made the decision to take up Russian Kettlebell training, I only had a vague idea of where to start so I thought I’d put this podcast together so that you’d be able to follow along with me in my journey. I’ve known about Russian Kettlebells for a few years now but did not see the advantage or where I could work them into my program. I’ve now been enlightened by Scott Bird’s Straight To The Bar website, videos and Kettlebell information.

I have now “seen the light” as it were and have been fully immersed in the advantages of kettlebell training.

Investing In Yourself Podcast

I got an email from a reader asking about The Cellular Patch and whether or not I actually use them and endorse them. The price of this device came into question at $100 for a month’s supply which got me thinking about the topic for this week’s podcast, investing in yourself.

I invest in myself each and every month. I purchase books, audio’s, food products, nutritional formula’s, The Cellular Patch, organic food and personal development courses.

If I can get even once piece of information out of a book or a course that I can apply to my life and improve, then it’s well worth it.

Then, to compound on the success of that “piece of information”, I get to use this blog to tell you about it as well, thus possibly changing another life if you take action on the recommendation.

This weeks weight loss podcast is about Taking Action and Overcoming Fear. The fear of the unknown is probably one of the biggest blocks that could you could ever create in your life that holds you back from your success. Did Thomas Edison know what the light bulb was going to look like when it was finished? No, he knew what he wanted, to turn electricity into light, but not what the light bulb would look like. What do you want? Do you know what it looks like? You probably do, so you’re way ahead of Mr Edison. Take the fear you have about the unknown and turn it into your advantage. Take one single step towards that which you do not know. Stay present, and look directly beneath your feet to where you are now, then take one step forward. The journey of a hundred miles begins with a single step.
