Breaking Your Fat Loss Plateau

A female reader ask a question about . After high school, she put on over 40 pounds going from 140 to 180 and after getting back into the gym has lost 30 pounds. She hit a weight loss plateau at 152 though and can’t seem to crack 150. I answered her question and explained how to bust her weight loss plateau by eating more food. A specific type of food though.
