Well I figured it is almost summer here – knock on wood – so best time to have some BBQ or grilling type recipes, with a healthy twist. So here is the first of a couple, let’s start with marinated vegetables. You can eat them as a salad, or put them on skewers and grill them on the BBQ like we did. Either way – they were yummy!

Yesterday I came across a comment to an environmental story which seems to sum up a very popular opinion – namely that it costs money to ‘go green‘. It said :
‘My biggest gripe with “going green” and all the nonsense that comes with it is that it costs so much money to be “green,” causing the larger majority of people to be unable to help out environmentally.’
Personally, I don’t agree with this at all. In fact, living an environmentally-conscious lifestyle can actually save you money. How?

A few weeks ago I posted a video about Codex Alimentarius and how it will end your ability to buy vitamins and make choices about your own health treatments. A comment from Christie led me to this video, a bit longer and more in depth.
