Poll: What Do You Choose For A Liquid Breakfast

I asked the question Do You Eat Breakfast ? back in October and of the people who voted, 79% said that they do. The benefits of eating breakfast are plenty and when Christina began the conscious effort to eat when she woke up, she found that she had more energy through the day, was more emotionally balanced and ate less in the evenings. She lost 5 pounds in the first two weeks of beginning the new practice and burned the phrase “eat breakfast and lose weight” into her brain.

Today I read DoshDosh‘s question on twitter about liquid breakfasts which then got me thinking about what people choose as liquid breakfasts. I’ve done them all, coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, raw egg whites, protein shakes with EFA’s. In a few months I’ll be getting out my juicer and doing a bunch of green smoothies a la the Former Fat Guy but these days it’s a traditional breakfast along with Sunrider Nuplus, Quinary and Calli tea.

I know why people choose liquid breakfasts – convenience. My question today is

[poll=13]

I’m sure there are a lot of other options for liquid breakfasts so if you’ve got one, pass it along. If it’s a green smoothie or home made protein shake recipe, leave it in the comments.

I’m officially taking up more interest in twitter now. If you’re interested in following along with my “behind the scenes” thoughts, opinions, conversations or special pre-post information on health, weight loss, weight training or help answer questions in regards to my new 12 week course or upcoming book, hook up with me on twitter.
