This weeks weight loss podcast is about Taking Action and Overcoming Fear. The fear of the unknown is probably one of the biggest blocks that could you could ever create in your life that holds you back from your success. Did Thomas Edison know what the light bulb was going to look like when it was finished? No, he knew what he wanted, to turn electricity into light, but not what the light bulb would look like. What do you want? Do you know what it looks like? You probably do, so you’re way ahead of Mr Edison. Take the fear you have about the unknown and turn it into your advantage. Take one single step towards that which you do not know. Stay present, and look directly beneath your feet to where you are now, then take one step forward. The journey of a hundred miles begins with a single step.

Hello! This weeks exploration will take us once again back in time to reconnect with the Spartan women and how they lived. The Spartan Womens marriage ritual, which was really strange, gives us some other insights as to the power they had within and their place in Spartan society.
Also on the motivation side of things, we will explore becoming Empowered. How to pull that power that’s inside of you back out. To renew yourself from within. So stay tuned! Blessings to all.

Dulse is a red algae (seaweed) that grows on the northern coasts of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. It is a well-known snack food, and in Iceland and has been an important source of fiber through the centuries. Dulse is a good source of minerals and vitamins compared with other vegetables and it contains all trace elements needed for humans with a high protein content. This tofu scamble with veggies and dulse can be eaten as a substitute for scrambled eggs.

The Ab Wheel (sometimes called Ab Roller) is definitely in the class of ’simple and effective’ abdominal exercise equipment. What’s more, it’s nice and compact - if you’ve got enough room in your house for a couple of loaves of bread, you’ll be able to accommodate an Ab Wheel. This one really will fit under the bed.
What is an Ab Wheel?
The Ab Wheel (pictured) is really little more than a stick poking through a wheel. This concept has been around for decades, and hasn’t changed much over the years. In fact, the one I use here is probably 30 years old.
How is it used?
This is where the fun begins. Regardless of your current state of fitness, there’s an abdominal exercise here for you to try.
