I currently practice massage therapy, and at present the majority of my clients are athletic
in some capacity ranging from professional to weekend warrior. Everyday one or more of
my clients comment on this exact thing... My comment is this I have gone to the gym
now for 8 years. I experience great health, renewed energy, increased strength, and a
stronger body, mind and spirit over all because of the commitment I have made to myself.
Even with the obvious benefits both physically and mentally I still find myself every single
morning convincing myself to go to the gym, as going is half the battle. So I ask I ask myself
what is my motivation for going, and is it stronger than my desire to not show up!?

Nice post buddy, couldn't agree more. Weight loss is all about three simple things, mindset, diet and exercise
