Hey, I am not doing much in the way of exercise yet, like I said my daily walks with my dog, that just doesn't seem like exercise to me because we go so slow and only 1/2 hour at a time and that 4 times a day, well I only go 3 times, my neighbor goes once while I am at work. I have never been sure an active person and I know I would not be happy in a gym. I like the outdoors, any ideas????? Tip (no Jogging)
