Caliper Question

Postby Mike on Wed Jun 25, 2008 8:56 am

I was reading that a good way to track your progress is through measuring your body fat. The scale may tell you that you haven't lost weight but it won't tell you if you have lost fat. Does anyone have any experience with measuring body fat yourself at home? Is it easy to do and accurate? I was thinking it might also be a good thing to track as well as my weight.

I was looking at this from ebay

Any thoughts or suggestions?

yeah sure

you can also get a scale like a Tanita scale that does body fat too.

best is to get it measured at a gym if you go to one. they can usually do that for you.
