Bill's weight loss's

Postby Billy_the_Cat on Mon Dec 31, 2007 12:52 pm

This week I will be eating more greens, which will be at least 3 large salads per week. I'm still sticking to my whole food breakfast. Even though I'm sick, I will stick to my personal goal of losing 2lbs this week. I will continue on walking around the lake this week. I have been slacking on the walking due to illness but I know I will recover from it. I will be weighing myself today and won't be able to post it this week, but next week I will post my new weight.
Weight when I started (Dec 23/07): 265 lbs
Heaviest : I believe, if the scale was correct 277 lbs (Nov 2/07)
My goal weight : 200 lbs
My height is 6' 1"

This is my second week here. I must say I was a little disappointed when I checked my weight and found out that I gained weight. I weighed in at 267.5 lbs and 32% body fat. Ouch! I have been sick all week and wasn't able to do any of my goals. I had that horrible flu which some of my friends are finding out about how bad the flu is. Well I guess I will keep my same goal as last week since I do feel better than last week and maybe later this week I will feel 100%.

Bill and I talked by phone and I assured him that his weight gain was most likely due to water weight.

Bill just started Sunrider in the past two weeks and one of the first thing's that happens is that the body begins to re-hydrate again.

my guess is that his weight gain is just water weight - good water weight - cellular water weight. This is totally normal

For the last 2 to 3 weeks it's been crazy busy for me when it came to work. I have been very loyal to my sunrider, which I believe is the reason I had the stamina to do the hours I did for work. I have also, when I have been home, eating my whole food breakfast, greens 3/wk and a min of 1lt of water and/or 4 cups of sunrider tea. I have had a very short amount of sleep most of it, in pickup truck. I wish I could say that I been doing my goal that I set for myself but it was to hard to meet my customers expectation, sleep and try to maintain my goal. However I do I have been walking lots and crawling up and down ladders a lot. Believe me you find out in big hurry what what muscle you used and the muscle that you haven't used in a while. I have weighed myself, and it came in at 262.4lbs. I'm not very happy about it, that means only aprox 3lbs loss. I must say I don't know what to say.
Well no point in crying over it. I decided to buy some inexpensive weights that I can take on the road if I know I wont make it home within 12hrs. I also bought a work out ball to strengthen my mid-section. Since my last goals weren't extreme but very hard to comply with the hours I faced. I'm not sure what to do! I have to make my customers happy and try to make it home to make sure my daughter to get to and from school (we live in beaumont and she goes to school in sherwood park till the end of the month). I'm open to any suggestions. Where I work you just don't go for walks, you might not come back. So I can only watch what I eat and hope that I get more time off between shifts. I have a couple of video's to watch and work out with. My goals for this week is to work out a min of 3/week keep the whole food breaky going and lets not for get the greens. I have also decided to take Royal Jelly and Panax Ginseng, this has been about a week since a started to take these.
