I'd always recommend Sunrider Calli tea and Sunny Dew for those times of the month. Calli is a green tea / black tea that is high in anti-oxidants and nourishes the cleansing system. It also supports the liver (part of the cleansing system) which then has improvments on that time of the month. The sunny dew is our stevia product that is sweet, with no sugar and helps keep blood sugar up and even which then helps with cravings.

now, I've never had "that time of the month", but I've had girlfriends who I got started on Sunrider (Calli tea, Sunny Dew and Beauty Pearls), who came back for more after we had broken up because their cramps came back after we broke up and they stopped drinking the tea. This has happened enough times that I know it's the end result of eating Sunrider.

now, that said, I wanted to comment on your goals.

the most important thing I think, for you, right now, is to set goals you now you can reach or just slightly stretch for. Its going to do you a world of good to accomplish your goals rather than set them and then never reach them.

also, as for your weight, using clothes sizes as a way of judging results can be very powerful as well. Keep track of the clothes sizes and you should be fine.

and, as for the picture, you're lucky I found it and realized it was you. It was in my spam folder and had no indications that it was from you. It got sent from your phone, but based on discussions we were having by email, I put 2 and 2 together and figured it HAD to be your smiling face that I saw.

SS

I second Rob's comments. You have 12 goals over the next 10 days - many of which you have not been doing or have never done. Try to pair that down to maybe 5 goals a week with MAXIMUM of ONE new thing added into your routine. Change is hard and reinventing your whole life overnight will not work - you won't stick with it likely, and I don't want to see you set yourself up to be discouraged if you don't do all those things.

Take another look at your list - see what is new, and of those things keep only one of them and drop the rest. Once you are doing that one thing consistently every week without thinking about it - THEN add another new thing.

it's actually really great that you have the awareness of your eating now. the fact that you ate fries isn't a big deal - but that you caught yourself afterwards is. Next time you'll like catch yourself before you order them and make a different choice instead. That's called progress and it takes time - be patient with yourself.

Re: your #10 goal "write out a workout for the gym as part of next weeks gaol that I feel I can accomplish" - I highly suggest you get the advice of a trainer and do NOT set up your own work out. If you do not have experience in a gym, or doing weight training, it is far more likely that you could end up doing the exercises wrong and either get no benefits from it and waste your time or worse yet, injure yourself. Trainers are there to help you design a program specifically for you, your goals, and any limitations you have. If you can, schedule a session with a trainer every 4-8 weeks. After 4-6 weeks we start to get bored with the same routine, and your muscles get trained by the same thing over and over and you stop making gains.

what is "centerpoint"?

Dar, she used to be in the gym all the time... following Bill Phillips Body For Life.

Centerpoint is a meditation CD based on Holosynch Audio Technology. Created by Bill Harris, one of the guys in The Secret. The cd's have various levels that take you through deeper and deeper meditations. Similar to the Optimindzation stuff I just got. Bill offers a free trial CD from his website
