December Goal Update

I am so happy and grateful that I have discarded 10 pounds of body fat
I actually lost only 6 of the 10...

I have eliminated dairy from my diet
Hasn't happened. I honestly didn't try at all on that one

January Goals

I am so happy and grateful that I have discarded 14 pounds of body fat
I am spending an hour every Saturday and Sunday morning at the gym. Every Second Saturday with Diana
My at home workouts continue everyday and keep me feeling energized and strong
I am finding new ways to incorporate cardio during the week

First Week of January Goals
I continue to make excellent food choices which fuel my body properly
I have switched up my weight training program so I continue to burn fat efficiently
Looking at the vision board I created daily keeps me focused and motivated

kids everywhere....I'll have to finish up at bed time
FOR SURE

hmm, interesting

so about the dairy - do you want to get rid of it from your diet? what's the hiccup there? how will eliminating it support your goals?

how can we support you in doing it?

how's the skipping rope working for you? ;)

can we see your vision board?

I write my goals as if I have already done them.
I haven't finished my vision board, I have 4 pictures on it so far...nothing more.

As for the dairy...no, I'm not really interested in removing it from my diet.
I love that skipping rope, I use it almost every day. I am on the hunt for better running shoes for it though...I think something with more shock absorption or something.

I'm looking at what I wrote earlier in regards to goals and I'm really not feeling them...at all...they feel forced, and the more I look at them the more it all feels like fuckin bullshit...I dont even have anything else I want to write down...

I don't know what my goals are for January actually, and 14 pounds seems like a big stretch right this second...

maybe I'm just in a mood....feelin a little shitty lately, bit lost...I dunno...

so be honest.

What Do You Want?

Instead of telling us what you think you should be telling us, tell us what YOU want.

what are your goals?

just to get out of bed in the morning?

to find love?

what?

Jeremy! good to see you!

how are you doing?

Jessie's doing great. She doesn't have internet right now but is getting it soon, so hopefully we'll see more of her too. She's down 10 dress sizes to date now!

Well it has been quite some time since I have poked my head in the forums. Expect to see more of me here.

I am currently 8lbs away from losing 100lbs. (my scale at home is a bit out from the gym's Rob)
I am down to a size 12 from a 26. That is 7 dress sizes baby.

Things are going extremely well on this end.
