To acheive these goals I set out for myself, I will be following Scott and Angie's "FitChic" workout, nutritional, and motivational programs.
I chose this program because I am familiar with it, the workouts can be done at home with little equipment, they don't take a whole lot of time, and I remember how effective they are.
I also intend to incorporate some Turbulence Training. It's a workout that basically uses your own body weight for circuit training. You can do it at home in about 30-45 minutes.

Monthly goals for December
I am so happy and grateful that I have discarded 10 pounds of body fat
I have eliminated dairy from my diet
Weekly goals for December 10-16:
I am establishing superior eating habits and food choices.
I tried a new whole food recipe found in the blog
I chart my weekly weigh ins and measurements to effectively track my progress
I am energetic and weight train 4 days a week, cardio every day
I am using my "child free zone" effectively at the gym
I have discarded 2 pounds of fat this week
Daily Goals:
I feel well rested and alert after a full 8 hour sleep
I am eating 6 meals today, at 3 hour intervals...always on time
I feel incredible after each workout
I pushed myself a little bit more than yesterday
I am determined and motivated
I am one day closer to my ultimate goal
I don't miss cheese =)
Possible Challenges:
I am now a single, working mother of 4, so the possibilities are really quite endless in this category.
Being organized and well prepared for my upcoming days will allow for smooth sailing.
I have back up babysitters if for some reason my children find themslves at home on the weekends. (gym time baby...I fuckin miss it)
