Sensory.

Something strange has been happening to me which is really weird. I've noticed that cooking meat is really offensive to me. For example, this morning my husband was cooking bacon and eggs for himself and I felt nauseated at the smell from the cooking bacon. I should note that I am not pregnant. This has been happening over the last few weeks where I have cut down my meat consumption and I'm not vegan but am not there yet. Is this psychological or is it my body telling me something? I wish this would happen when I see someone opening a box of chocolates. That's the biggest temptation in the world for me right now! :?

yes, it happened to me too. I had to cut and marinate some for a fondue I was part of and I made me ill to my stomach to touch it.

Yes it is your body telling you it doesn't want that

bacon is one of the worst things you can eat. highly fatty, not much redeeming qualities. your body now recognizes that - you should be rejoicing!

the chocolate will come. Is it the sweetness of it you crave? if so - use more Suncare in your teas. it will help you not crave sweet things.

Chocolate cravings. Its the texture. The creamyness and the soothing feeling it has on my body. That's the best way I can describe it..
