I wanted to post what I have been eating today because at 3:00 this afternoon I got very sleepy and wanted to take a nap!
About 10 almonds.
1 Cup of soy milk with one banana and protien powder.
Pot of Calli Cinnamon (love it) sweetened with Suncare through the morning and early afternoon
Pot of Fortune Lemon (not so much) sweetened with Suncare in afternoon
Two veggie sausages (Usually I like these products~)
Two pieces of brown bread
One small zuchinni with a dash of flavoured rice vinegar
One Nutlus Pina Banana (love it!)
Rvita Crackers with Soy Cheese
For dinner I made homemade pasta sauce with tomatoes from the garden over brown pasta with veggies and some of the lentil loaf crumbled.
Why am I so tired? I've been stressed out lately. Could I just be relaxing after a few stressful days. I feel very sleepy.......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
