Thanks Darlene. What is also great about that bar is that I couldn't eat the whole thing in one sitting because it was spicy but not too spicy. So now I think I will keep it in my pantry in case I need a chocolate fix - knowing I won't gorge because it would be too much.

Organic 71% Dark Chocolate chocolate bar. Cocoa Camino - Chili & Spice is the name and flavour of it. :) I found it at my local health food store.

EDIT: Here is the website

How do you take your PH level? Why do you do it? Please explain. I'm having female issues right now and I think I will look at doing the blast later. Right now I don't think I can handle it!

pH is VERY important! your blood has to stay alkaline at 7.4 - if it goes to 7.2 you die. It's that critical.

Your liver keeps the balance, but the more acid you put into your body, the harder it has to work. That's why when I say your body is toxic - I mean acidic. Disease can grow and flourish in an acidic environment - it cannot live in an alkaline one. So if you are more toxic/acidic you are more prone to illness. I almost never get sick.

Rob and I are doing the test with the Inner Biochemist right now and his pH has been 6.5 or 7 - I haven't tested mine yet. I think that's where you want to be - you can also be too alkaline.

Christina - I'm going to send you my report again. If you haven't read it, please do so. If you have - please read it again. I talk about pH in more detail in it.

You can buy pH strips from Sunrider. Just get some with your next order. I can help you. You should also add some Vitadophalis to your program. It is a probiotic that will help the good bacteria in the intestines and help get rid of the baddies.

Christina - read the new article today:

You can do her tests here:

I suggest doing the bronze plus. Is that the one you did Michele? I know Dianna did it and she is a sugar burner.

It requires a Paypal Account which I'm locked out of after trying four times. Argh.

I was thinking about that a lot today actually. So here is a challenge in front of you. There is a thing you want, but there's a road block. So - what will you do about it? How badly do you want it? Do you give up? How hard do you try?

Have you asked for help? Have you contacted them? think outside the box. What you are doing isn't working - what other options are there? There are always more options.
