HI Carol

How have you done on Atkins health wise? Be careful and check your cholesterol and blood pressure levels. This diet has had lots of controversey - just be safe and cautious.

Let me first ask you "what were you doing up at 4:41 am?"

I'll be a bit getting back to the rest of the questions as I have some contractors working in my office today and tomorrow... so kindly bear with me

CaroleKI61 wrote:Rob I've been pretty well confined to my room for over twenty years. I had a fairly good year in 2004 when I went from 414 pounds down to 255 pounds. Then I had an accident that put me back to bed. I regained a lot of weight but am now back down to about 260 pounds. My trip to the doctor and some hours on the weekend at the pool is about all the activity I get. I'm seeing an accupuncturist for my legs and hopefuly will be able to walk without support. Thanks for asking, love Carole

K, that's good to know.. I didnt know that. Is it a foot thing, a leg thing, an energy thing? I'm wondering if you're able to do upper body weight training type stuff while in bed?

Yep. I do, and I know Turtle used to.. I got him into it. I don't put in my tea though.. I use in for my morning omelet.
