Is it a bad thing to think you smell chocolate every now and then and there is no chocolate to be found? It happened again last night. Both times I have smelled chocolate were in the evening - and I had not had any cali tea for over 7 hours - so I am not sure the cali tea has anything to with it but it might. I am chuckling to myself thinking it could be worse...I could be smelling skunk or something awful instead.

I am almost done my 7th day on the cleanse. I have totally eaten clean but Lord knows I have been tempted. Old weekend habits come back like lighting but I didn't give in. My exercise has not been up to par but my main focus is staying clean with my food. Baby steps...baby steps.

I should mention that I did not purchase the SR Golden Seal and Slimcaps that Rob suggested for this cleanse. It can only be ordered in the US (and I didn't want to have to wait to send it to my sister and then have her mail it to me) plus I couldn't afford it. The other SR items I ordered came to around $250 Canadian (I signed up as a distributor so I get a discount rate) and the Udo's Oil was around $25 Canadian.

Mood wise? I am feeling kinda pissy. No real reason. I expected the first 5 days of the cleanse to be the roller coaster but it wasn't. I feel like now the roller coaster has now stared - or atleast for today.

I am curious about this chocolate smelling.

Did you have a relative that has passed away who used to always have chocolate in the house? That was the first thing I thought of when I read your post.

My grandmother used to wear a very distinct and unique perfume...
I still smell it on occasion, years after she has passed. It is usually a "walk by smell"...you know the type...you are walking into the living room or something and your nose picks it up, making you stop to find the source...

It always disappears as quickly as it appeared.

I think it's fantastic that you have completed 5 days of th eprogram. I am looking forward to seeing th eoutcome.

I'm willing to bet that it's a cleansing symptom is all. I've gone through this as well. Good notice Michele.

Blush, I had never thought of that...I am racking my brains but don't recall any loved ones who have passed who loved chocolate...

I have completed 7 days nows, this morning is the start of my 8th day. The diareah has gone away. I didn't get any cramps or anything with the diareah - just the runny stool. The constant headache has been gone now for days and days. My vaginal discharge is minimal but still there. I guess you could say after day 5, you are in the maintenance phase until until day 28.

I did my stress relief yoga DVD before bed last night and I slept like a ROCK! It was pouring rain this morning (I mean POURING) so I didn't do my morning walk...I will try to do it this evening.

I have a question and it might seem odd. Do these changes effect how you do your day to day stuff. I mean, the workday. I remember when I did a cleanse once I felt like I was rushing to the bathroom every half hour! I felt fatigued as well so I had to push myself.

This isn't really a cleanse per sey, but rather a nutritional program that nourishes the body. I advised her that she would experience cleanse like symptoms during it because what she's doing is an Anti Candida Blast (my name for it) to get rid of Candida once and for all. When the Candida dies, your body moves the dead cells out and yes, it can be unpleasant at times.

It's designed to be done quick (over 5 days) and then supported for the next 25, then maintenance. I've advised many of my clients to do this and they all get great results. Michele is by far my best student though.

I had told her to expect some cleansing signs and to do it over a weekend, and to eliminate exercise except for walking as well as to get extra rest and honor her body during the process.

So to answer your question, yes she may very well be rushing to the bathroom, however I always advise to do this over a weekend if possible or when you do not have any commitments that require your full attention.

the best part though is that once it's done, the candida is gone and you can get on with your life. It's worth the 5 day investment in my opinion.

I gave Darlene the recipe as well and she'll be following it here soon too.

I wanna Gold Sticker! :P Thanks for the compliment. :)

Maybe I should clarify the term diareah. I probably should have said very runny stool. I have had not cramps or rushing to the bathroom...nothing like that. But I'd say like every second blowel movement is very runny. Even today I am finding...

As for energy, it was a bit lower. I do believe I slept more (went to bed earlier). It didn't seem to interfere with my day to day stuff though.

I have decided what to give myself as a reward when I complete the 28 days successfully. I was at my local health food store buying bulgar and AGAIN this organic 71% Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Camino - Chili & Spice) chocolate bar caught my eye. I have never had this chocolate bar before but knew someday I would try it. Well, I will be munching down on it Monday, Sept 10th - 21 more sleeps...but who is counting. :P

I have been doing my own research on Candidia....

This "cleanse" gets rid of it completely?.....and keeps it away permantly?

Interesting........

To add to Blush's question...will I be certified Candida free?

Sorry, my humor to the best of me...I will try to control it now... :)
