I didn't know where to post this but it is certainly female stuff. What can I do to lesson PMS? Yesterday, I almost blew my stack at someone who really pissed me off. However, I let it simmer itself out. Last night was incredibly grumpy and turned to sadness. Today, sore breasts and feeling bloated. Since I'm working on my nutrition, what might help with this right now? I usually don't get this but I'm guessing its because I'm the big 40?

Funny you should be asking this as I was just discussing this with my boyfriend last night. I usually get moody and crave chocolate the week before my period...this last time, I didn't get moody or crave chocolate! That week came and went. The only thing I did differently was eating Sunrider whole foods. It will be interesting to see what it is like next month.

[EDIT: Oh, ya. I am taking Udo's oil now too. So Sunrider and Udo's.]

um, YUP! I've been eating Sunrider for almost a year - no PMS!

I noticed that my girlfriends in the past who started eating Sunrider had the same results. They'd eat the foods while we were dating and in a few months had no more female issues. Then we'd break up. Then a few months later they'd show up at my door and want to get on the foods again because their issued returned.

now most of my ex's are still Sunriders and still eat the foods.

It was nice with one because she had body odor and after a month, that cleared up too. Good for me, believe me.
