most fat 38%?
current 105 lbs - body fat 22%
goal - tone more, hit 15%, maintain optimal weight

ya, I'm pretty late.

You're so awesome. You totally made your goal. I bet you were grinning ear to ear for days.
How did you feel the day after? Were you exhausted or exhilerated?

exhilerated!

I went to Kingsway got some keys cut for my new tenants and visited my Mom. Came home, showered, ate and went to a volunteer event at 4pm for iHuman. Then went for drinks with a friend at 8.

Sunday I vaccuumed to prep for tenants, moved 6 loads of stuff from my upstairs to the basement.

So - I'd say I had energy. LOL.
