Eat well and be thrifty!

What's in the food we eat? Which foods are most nutritious and which ones aren't?

Anyone know how to eat well and be thrifty? Organic vegetables and cheese can be quite expensive... I need help with my shopping now. I live in Edmonton.

There is a fantastic place that a friend of mine told me about last week.

Although it is not organic food, it is all fruits and veggies.

The store is called H & W Produce. I came home with 13 grocery bags full of fruits and veggies for just over 40 dollars. I was thrilled.

They have three locations:
9261 34 avenue (436-7970)
14083 Victoria Trail (478-8780)
12510 132 avenue (451-3700)
Don't push yourself to the limits...Push yourself past them
