That sounds like a great goal! And cool to boot! Would you be willing to share with the forum your plan of attack? What steps you are doing now to achieve your goal?

Thanks for the compliment...sometimes I am cool and sometimes I embarrass myself (or so I feel) but what can you do? I guess it keeps things spicy!

Welcome James!

It is good to see new people joining. This is a very nice place to be. Everyone is so inspiring and helpful.

You have a determination. That will help you to achieve your goals. As I have been told "own" your thoughts and feelings. See yourself as you want to be and envision the end product and it will happen.

Stick around James, I feel that we all will be seeing some major changes happening in the near future.

See you around!

I just took a look around your blog. Nice job!

I have been thinking about doing a little blogging myself.

Bonjour James ! I am sorry i'm a bit late for the welcome thread, but I was busy at being selfishly taking care of myself...but some good friends made me realise I can take care of myself and be a bit present on the forum as well, so here I am, amazed by your story, wishing you the most exciting journey and assuring you of my support and friendship !

.... I love tattoos...got a few ones myself...but with the loose skin, they are starting to look a bit weird...I've promise myself a nice laser clean when I'm done with the fat loss, followed a brand new serie of cool meaningful tattoos.

Welcome aboard !!!

Have a rewarding journey !

Hey Lucie, I am so glad you decided to stay...the forum is not the same with out you. :hug And I disagree with you being selfish...you are being self-ful...which is a good thin.

Sorry for high jacking your thread, Paintedman...Noooooowwww back to Jaaames! :jumping

your mr ego should be saying thank you michelle for looking after you for a change, we are all here coz we require the change not "want" the change coz me might want but night not do....require means will do.

lord only knows how to put my pic on here so if i can get attachments to work i will upload me, oh er mrs!

Welcome James, Rob has told me all about you.

My suggestion for words - use "I GET TO" instead of have to, need to, or require to. All those a something you "have" to do and make it sound like a chore. Try these:

- I GET to take care of me now
- I GET to put myself first
- I GET to eat healthy and exercise my body

Where can we see your tats? I have on on my lower back.
