My day, yesterday went pretty damn well :
1) I've switched form 10 pounds dumbells to 15 pounds ones and made a wonderful routine where I was REALLY conscious of building muscles.
2) Went for a long swim under the stars, and realise, when resting in floating on my back, that I can now see my toes without effort to hide my belly.
3) Had my first ride on my new bike...I SUCK !!!!!! But I'll soon be better
Don't give up what you want the most for what you want at the moment...
Starting weight, Feb 23rd 2007 : 451 pounds
Weight on Sept. 4th 2007 : 330.7pounds !!!! and still having fun !
Goals :climbing Mt Rainier in 2008 and Mt Washington in 2009
