I'd still suggest getting a 10 pack of packets because it tastes different than the caps (the packet Quinary was designed for taste a bit more)

then try it, and also try making Quinary tea out of it. It tastes similar to roasted grain beverage or a little like coffee (sort of)

if you really really really don't like the Quinary in the packets, we'll (I'll) but it off you
