Hi,

I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well. Within 4 months I managed to lose about 65 pounds. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now. You can read more about the lady's article at

That is alot of weight to lose in only 4 months. I read the article and I am not sure if something like that is very good. It is worth checking out, but there are alot of "fat-burner" stuff around. I guess if you find the right one that it is OK to help you start on a diet. What did you eat in those 4 months ??

Spencer - please don't follow this person's advice - it is not a real person it is an ad for the product, nothing more nothing less. Notice how there is no response to your question?

this person made two posts on the forum, but identical. Nothing before this, nothing after. It is likely an automated program adding ads to forums just to get traffic to their site.

Hi, was out of town for quite awhile, I have been talking to alot of people and I was really wondering if there is a natural diet helper to kick start a diet, while I am overseas most of the time I ran across a product named Levocaptine, some people I met were using it and were really thrilled with it. I checked the web site and it really does sound impressing. I ordered it a few days ago and I guess I will see what happens. There was also a diet on the web site and I started it a few days ago, keeps me full, sometimes at a business meeting I know I won't be able to stick to it, but most of the time I plan to stick to it. Will keep you informed.

hi spencer and clementine!

@spencer: I wish you all the best at loosing weight! go for it - if you have a good supplement to start with, do it! and you are thinking about a natural diet helper, very good! I wouldn´t recommend a pill with ephidrin or sibutramin either, it´s just too much chemicals for me.

@clementine: how rude of this little brat, but it doesn´t make me wonder - that´s just a typical reaction of society, hate the fact, but I guess we have to deal with it somehow. the good thing is, that you don´t lose your self-esteem - that´s great, stay that way!

I wish you two all the best! :hug

Spencer - a single pill, whether natural or not is not the answer. You need to consider making some serious lifestyle changes. What did you do to get where you are? In your mind, really - is a pill going to fix all that? A pill might suppress the appetite but will it take the donuts out of your hands? Will it make you get up and exercise? Will it make you drink more water and choose healthier foods? will it help you learn what "healthier foods" even means?

all those things are essential to being healthier and losing weight. Weight loss on its own is unhealthy and usually comes back two fold and the fat lost brings more friends when it comes back.

if you are really serious about wanting to make real changes - I urge you to reconsider. Have you watched the videos I sent you to watch?

"Secondly, don't lose weight for the punks. Do it for yourself and for your own health." --> I totally agree on this one. Before anything else, we have to love our own bodies. There's a massive industry out there that relies on people believing that they should be thin. But it's not. It's good to have a goal and to be healthy at the same time but never feel bad about yourself.

Well everybody, I am off on my weight reduction plan, got my levocaptine yesterday and started, also went out and bought a Wiifit, that is alot of fun, I guess that is some sort of a start., going on walks aren't too good because my dog is 12 and isn't very fast, so I don't count that as exercise. I tied my Wii and my dog thought it was pretty interesting. Soon I will have to find a different sort of exercise, I am not sure what yet, what do you all do ?? I don't think I am the gym type.

What else are you doing Spencer? Nutrition wise I mean. Have you read anything on the subject? How many meals a day are you eating?

how much water are you eating and do you drink any energy drinks / diet drinks / diet foods?

Exercise is critical to getting results, but weight training is even more important than cardio. Wii is a good way to get moving, but what else?

@Littleme,

I actually had someone sign up with two different user names and then have a conversation with themselves promoting and giving feedback about a specific weight loss drug. I have access to logins, IP address, times of login and joins etc. It was easy to see the pattern, and it was really funny to see that someone went to all that trouble.

cracks me up
