An update: My health has pretty much gone back to a good normal.

I am calmer...little things don't get to me. The week before my period (my crazy time) isn't moody/crazy anymore.

For the last week, I have been looking for the typical almost daily vaginal discharge...and I c.a.n.'t find it! I am totally floored by this! A vaginal discharge appearing almost every other day has been my life for the longest time - with medical doctors telling me it was normal.

I want to get back to doing HIIT cardio. I miss working my body into a sweat - which I have been avoiding since starting the cleanse. I am feeling good/energetic and ready to get back to focusing on weight loss. My boyfriend and I went to his gym this morning and it felt really good to do some high intensity interval training cardio.

It is in my personality to read about things and if my gut says give it a go, I try it to see if I get results. I am so glad I tried this Candida Blast. If anyone wants more info one, feel free to ask me.

Darlene: Greenish poop? ummm...could you have some sort of infection maybe?

Rob here, on D's computer

Darlene has added the Slim Caps and Goldenseal to her Anti Candida Blast, so her program is slighly different than yours Michele. These are the two things that you were going to order from the US through your sister but weren't able to in time. They're a part of the Blast and can easily be responsible for the Green Poo.

hey, I wanted to catch up with you today re: relationship stuff for the blog. D and I are doing a road trip tomorrow in my Jeep after the Sunday morning river valley workout (and a shower), so email me with a good time to get you going on this.

Hi Michelle,

I'm pretty sure that greenish poop doesn't mean an infection. I think it means there is a lot of sugar in your system, although Darlene is eating so clean, maybe it's from naturally occuring sugar in what she is eatting??? I'm not a big candy person but if I ate too much chocolate or had two bowls of the kids' sugary cereal, I'd see green you know what in the morning!

One last update before I create a new thread focusing on burning fat. My pH level went from 5.5 to 6.0 - which is a good thing. :cheer

the pH of what though? saliva? urine? skin?

I didn't have that much of a response to the candida blast after 5 days. My conclusion is that it wasn't much of an issue for me as I've been eating pretty clean for 2 years and eating Sunrider for one. I had some itchiness, a headache, minor discharge one day and that was about it.

It is my urine pH. To me, this is hard evidence that something did change for the better even though I knew that from the symptoms and then the disappearance of them. Oh, and I didn't wait until the 10th to eat my organic dark chocolate chili and spice bar as I am moving on to a new thread about burning some fat! :) The bar was excellent - nice and spicy! A great reward! :cheer
