Thank you !

No specific plan here...just a HUGE drop in the daily calories intake (from 7000 to 1000 or 1500), no more refined sugar or transformed food...no bread, no pastas no rice. Almost no red meat. Lots of fish, chicken, veggies, veggies , veggies, veggies, fruits and...FIBERS ! 42% of my daily intake of food is from fibers. And Of course, I exercise a hole bunch...45 to 60 minutes of cardio everyday (sometimes, I take a day off, I'd say once every two weeks) and 5 days of muscle training. Oh...and I NEVER eat proteins from 2 different source at a same meal. and as I do not eat pastas, rice or bread, useless to say I never mix protein with carbs (except for the carbs in veggies, which are good).
I have the increadible luck of being supervised by a team of medical and health professional, dedicated to fight obesity. And oui, it was a fast loss, but starting weight was very high too, so it is normal to lose faster this amount of pounds when you start high. Let's bet the next 100 will take a huge bunch longer to lose ! lol but I'm ready for it too.
Tks for asking

Have a wonderful afternoon
Lucie
