After reading sparking souls journal, I thought I would put couple more goals in.... I would limit my deep fried food. I would have said all of it, but I love wings and I have those a a treat, and those I might have once every two weeks. So dropping the rest is not a problem. Eating smaller portions of red meat, 8oz max, and more chicken and fish. That I can say that I've already started! I will reading more of everyone else's story's and goals later this week, I find it up lifting and make me want to try harder, along with give me idea's to try. Thank you all for taking the time to read my post and I will return the favor.
