A Personal Welcome From Rob

Postby formerfatguy on Sun May 27, 2007 3:31 pm

Hello.

I'd like to personally welcome you to the new Former Fat Guy Weight Loss Community.

A good number of people already know my weight loss story, of how I went from 475 pounds down to 187 for a total fat loss of nearly 300 pounds. I am the founder of Formerfatguy.com where I've told my story and presented a good number of weight loss, natural health and dieting information. What originally started as a place to simply display my before and after pictures grew to become one of the internet's biggest and most visited natural health and weight loss websites.

I decided to develop a community where like minded individuals could discuss their programs and their weight loss success' so along came formerfatguyblog.com and this related community.

I currently live in Edmonton, Alberta where I work from my office when I'm not traveling and exploring the world. Where I once would not or could not fit into even a amusement park ride seat, I now enjoy exploring life and all it has to offer. I now enjoy backpacking, hiking, mountain climbing, skydiving, bodybuilding and my goal is to visit every continent on earth.

So once again, welcome to the forum and I hope you enjoy your stay.

How To Title Your Introduction And Weight Loss Story
When entering your story in the introduction and the weight loss story section, entitle the topic with your username so it's easier to find: ie, "Big Hampster's Weight Loss Story"

Welcome Cloudy!

Wow you've had a very tough life and I admire you for wanting to make positive changes for you and your daughter. You are to be commended. And I'd love to see your jewelry site, that is perfectly allowed.

I'm a photographer so I understand creative outlet big time!
