Dianna's Intro

Postby Dianna on Wed Aug 01, 2007 12:09 pm

Hi everyone, my name is Dianna.
My story has been a lifetime of being chubby with almost nonstop dieting from the age of 13. In the last 5 years I have lost and maintained a 30lb weightloss over by eating clean and being a dedicated and devoted lunchtime workout fanatic. I am 5'2 approx 140 lbs and still feel I could lost at least 10lb of fat. I tend to carry more than the average amount of muscle for a women my age (49) and of course with a little extra fat it tends to come off on the round side. In Feb. 2007 I finished a year of doing a high calorie, high pro, low sugar, low fat, extremely clean diet and felt like I needed to cleanse. So I contacted a friend who was involved with the Sunrider products. I am in the half way place of removing animal protein, and dairy products from my diet. I am eating mostly organic fruits and vegetables and am in a huge learning curve....HELP. I feel like I am gaining weight, and of course that is not my intention.

Welcome, Dianna!

When did you start Sunrider products...I am finishing my 3rd week as I just started...I have also removed dairy from my diet (does goat feta count?)...I find I am gaining a bit as well but Rob said that is normal...plus I feel good that I am feeding myself high quality whole foods...it's a journey, not a destination...I look forward to hearing more about you. :)

Hello Dianna. Sorry for the slight delay in saying so.. I've been quite busy getting ready for my mini vacation next week.

Darlene suggested that I call you regarding some SR things.

Anything SR related can be discussed in the Sunrider area. I want to create an open community for everyone to discuss their programs and not to feel pressured or pushed one way or the other. It's my intention for everything to be effortless and comfortable.

Darlene and I are heading out for the evening, but I do have you penciled into my brain for a short chat before I go.

Welcome to the community
