I have recently begun an exercise program that I enjoy very much.
At 27 years old my starting weight is 270 lbs.
So what am I gonna do with all that junk in the trunk, you ask...Well I do know some very rail like women that could use the donation !!!
I have been overweight for the majority of my teenage and adult years. It has never bothered me as much as it does now. I am a firm believer in "if you don't like it, change it" and that is exactly what I plan on doing. I actually feel unhealthy right now, I tire easily and do no have the stamina that I used to.
I want to see what I look like under all of this weight...it is time to match the outside to the inside
