fat is not the enemy at all. Fat is needed in order to burn fat. The body hangs onto that which it does not get from a food.
low fat just means high carb / high sugar.
stevia, honey, agave are all good sweeteners. So is true maple sugar. Maple sugar has varying degrees of minerals in it.
