I love tuna and flakes.It's healthy and very delicious.Try and you will never regret it as a snack.

except that you dont want low fat foods, so do not search for them.

fat is not the enemy at all. Fat is needed in order to burn fat. The body hangs onto that which it does not get from a food.

low fat just means high carb / high sugar.

stevia, honey, agave are all good sweeteners. So is true maple sugar. Maple sugar has varying degrees of minerals in it.
