what are your goals? cardio fitness or weight loss, or both?

running builds good cardio for sure - but weight training builds muscle which burns more fat. ideally you want to do both an alternate days.

heaviest 137 lbs (was a lot my 5'0" frame, size 10-11)
most fat 38%?
current 105 lbs - body fat 22%
goal - tone more, hit 15%, maintain optimal weight
