there are 3 things that are important when trying to lose weight - diet, cardio and weights - when you do all 3, you are insuring that you losses come from fat and your gains come from muscle - if you lost 15 pounds of fat and gained 15 pounds of muscle, you would still weight exactly the same but do you know how much better you will look and feel? diet alone isn't enough, you may be eating you muscle away - if you lose muscle, your metabolism gets slower because you have less actuive tissue than before - do all 3 and committ to the long run - it shouldn't be a quick fix, it should be a life change
