Okay this is going to sound crazy, but moving is an awesome work out. I recently move ( last weekend) and well its hard work. When i went to bed over the weekend i was so sore but felt great!

So if you know anyone who is moving you should help, you will be helping someone and getting a workout all at once!! Now thats what i call time management! :D

Soon to lose a shit load of weight!!

ABSOLUTLY!!!

Moving someone, or yourself, is indeed a great workout!!!!
Heavy lifting, cardio, sweat.....what more could you ask for..

a cold beer maybe?

I hear ya man!
I helped my brother shingle is roof this past Friday, didn't think it would be much of a workout since we were using
a air nail gun, OH YA I found more muscles again, wakey wakey muscles ! LOL!!

I think its like a combination of various workout. Abs workout, walking, and some heavy lifting, not too mention the foot muscle exercise when you use the stairs to moving things from the second floor
