You’d think that tire flipping would be a simple thing, but find a 500 pound tractor tire and try it yourself. A used tractor tire can be used for many outdoor exercise routines including sledge hammer swings, a platform for box jumps or just picking it up and flipping it.

You’ve seen these abdominal exercises done on the end of a bench before, but I am willing to bet that you’ve never seen them done from a hanging position.

You may have seen the guys who do a pushup and then clap their hands before landing. Clap pushups require a forceful press launching the body off the ground.

I’ve only ever seen muscle ups done with rings but here’s another excellent example of making use of outdoor playground equipment. Muscle ups done on a bar with a double foot plant.
Nice stuff. Definitely going to work this into my outdoor workout

Sandbag training seems simple enough as filingl a bag with sand and then lifting it. Lift the sandbag, carry it, throw it, do overhead presses with it or carry it around the block. It’s not as simple as you’d think. This video shows the simple sandbag press.
