About Rob Cooper:

In 1989 I was at my heaviest weight of 475 pounds, was a smoker, drank heavily, used drugs, drove cab and the most exercise I got was going from my taxi to the restaurant and back.

I was finally told, in no uncertain terms, that enough was enough. I had what I called "my episode" whereby my heart "freaked out" on me and I thought I was going to die.

I took it upon myself to make a new years resolution to do something about my health and over the next 2.5 years learned, read and put into practice everything I was reading.

I learned and most importantly, I took action.

The result was a 288 pound weight loss which left me at a very gaunt and scrawny 187 pounds. From here, I took up bodybuilding as a hobby and went on to gain over 50 pounds of lean muscle.

You can read my entire story about how I lost 300 pounds of fat.

I used all natural methods of weight loss focusing on whole foods and supplementation. I was introduced to the Sunrider line of products in 1991 and they have become the foundation of my nutritional program. As of this date, it's been 16 wonderful years of eating the Sunrider foods and continuing to become better and better.

My philosophy is to learn something new every day about health and wellness and then put it into practice to see if it works for me or not. I've come to know a great deal in various aspects of health, wellness, fitness and personal growth and now have an opportunity to share that with you, the reader.

What I've put together here is a place for the experts in their fields of the philosophies that I use and promote to teach you themselves how to finally take charge of your life, your health, your weight, your wellness and give you the tools you can use to succeed.

I believe that there is no "perfect solution" for everyone, but rather choices and options that may work for you, but not for your neighbor. I feel it is my duty to share with you what I know, what I use, how I think and help you find a role model for you to follow. I'm a BIG believer in the statement "if they can do it, you can do it".

I'm excited to be in this place where I can allow a medium to share what I know, who I know, the products I use to improve and become better and to watch you take the steps you need to once and for all, create the reality that you desire... however that looks for you.

Lets Change Some Lives

Namaste
