Thanks for the recipe ideas. I love tuna in a can so I can’t wait to try the Canned Tuna Extraordinaire. Sometimes I forget to be creative with simple things. This looks great.

Great recipes, it’s always a struggle to keep things “fresh” when trying to eat mostly protein. I like peanut butter, nuts in general, and lots of tuna, but eggs are too high in cholesterol so I can’t do those as much. Darn!
